Figure and it's parts should handle with caution and extra-care because it might lead to paint faded/break/damage unintendedly. Any damage to parts of the figure due to the buyer's error or negligence is the buyer's responsibility. However, if damage occurs due to the buyer's negligence, you can contact us to be guided in repairing the damaged parts.

Replacement of item or parts from figures due to our production errors will only be replaced if the buyer makes an uninterrupted video during unboxing the item, and e-mail to [email protected] along with the video no later than 1 month after the buyer receives the item.
